1. Scope of Services

Veronami provides digital services, bespoke 3D printing fabrication, rapid prototyping, and online technical consultations. By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Paid Consultations

  • Session Duration: 30 minutes.
  • Standard Fee: ₹500 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).
  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled via Cal.com upon confirmation of payment via Razorpay.
  • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is forfeited without eligibility for a refund. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 4 hours in advance.

3. Custom Fabrication & 3D Printing

  • Design Feasibility: 3D prints are manufactured based on client-supplied files or mutually agreed CAD specifications. While we optimize slicer settings for dimensional fidelity, standard FDM manufacturing tolerances apply ($\pm$0.2 mm to $\pm$0.5 mm depending on geometry and material).
  • Material Selection: Standard functional prints are produced using PLA, PETG, or engineering composites as agreed. Thermal and mechanical limits of the chosen polymer must be evaluated by the client for intended operational conditions.
  • Intellectual Property: You warrant that any files, models, or assets supplied to Veronami do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or patents.

4. Limitation of Liability

Veronami shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from consultation advice, functional component stress failure, or third-party logistics transit delays.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
