1. Fabrication and Processing Time

• Prototyping & 3D Prints: Standard physical orders require 24 to 72 hours for slicer preparation, print execution, post-processing, and inspection before dispatch.
• Batch or High-Volume Runs: Timelines for multi-part assemblies or extended machine runs will be communicated directly during order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates and Transit Times

• Carrier: Domestic orders are shipped via Blue Dart (Air / Surface Express).
• Transit Duration: Typically 1 to 3 business days for major metro hubs (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.) and 3 to 5 business days for regional pin codes.
• Tracking: An automated Air Waybill (AWB) number and live Blue Dart tracking link will be emailed once the package is handed over to the courier.

3. Packaging Standards

Custom physical items, prototypes, and lithophane assemblies are packed in reinforced, moisture-resistant protective packaging using internal cushioning to withstand standard courier sorting and transit.

4. Transit Damages & Delivery Issues

Inspect the exterior packaging upon delivery. If the packaging arrives severely crushed or tampered with:

1. Photograph the unopened package condition.
2. Document the damaged item upon unboxing.
3. Notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your AWB number so we can file an inspection claim and coordinate a replacement run.
