  • Project Assets: Digital 3D models (.STL, .STEP), vector files, project requirements, and technical specifications submitted for prototyping.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled externally via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To coordinate, fabricate, and deliver 3D printing and digital prototyping services.
  • To schedule and conduct technical and rapid prototyping consultations.
  • To generate statutory tax invoices and maintain accounting records via our self-hosted ERPNext system.
  • To provide shipment tracking details through logistics partners.

3. Data Protection and Retention

We implement strict access controls, HTTPS encryption, and tokenized APIs to safeguard your data. Client CAD models and design files are held strictly confidential and are retained only for fabrication, verification, and reasonable re-run windows unless explicitly requested otherwise.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

Your data is shared exclusively with necessary operational providers:

  • Logistics: Blue Dart Express Limited (for domestic shipment delivery).
  • Payment Processing: Razorpay Software Private Limited.
  • Scheduling: Cal.com (for calendar slot selection).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
